Now that the flurry of January has mellowed a bit, you might be feeling the desire to really hone in on your goals for 2021. What do you want more of this year? How can you show up as your most genuine self? If you're frustrated with your resolutions and on the hunt for actual solutions, we can help.
That's why we created our 6-Week Self-Care Challenge. To help you visualize, track, and commit to your goals, so you can get to your best, happiest, and healthiest self. This course is about getting to know yourself and what “self-care” truly looks like to you, so you can keep up your health and happiness long after the 42 days are over.
You might think that self-care and wellness starts with what you put in your body or what you put on your skin, but your body can only be as healthy as your mind.
This week is about taking control of your schedule, feeling on top of your to-do list, and actually doing everything you’ve been putting off so you have more room to focus on the things in life that cultivate joy.
This week is about caring for yourself by fostering relationships that bring you joy, while evaluating what the current relationships in your life look like.
This week, we will work on eating intuitively, getting rid of food guilt, and giving our body as many nutrients as possible to live our fullest, healthiest life.
Now that you’ve had some time to focus on cultivating happiness, reducing stress, and fueling with the best nourishment possible, you’re ready to get your body moving.
This week, the focus is on learning what is best for your skin and hair, and educating yourself so you can truly learn what works for you.
We're so excited that this enrollment period includes access to the mastermind session of your choice. Each mastermind session goes deeper on a topic covered in the six-week challenge and includes a discussion and Q&A with Josie, tips and tricks to succeed as you work through the course, guided journal prompts, and more. You can choose from four specific masterminds, including:
What’s covered:
Finding a workout that works for you
Tips and tricks for healthy eating

Our six-week self-care challenge is an online course you can work through, completely at your own pace. We built the course to work around your life and schedule, so you can pick it up whenever you have time; whether that's Tuesday nights with a glass of wine or Sunday mornings with an industrial vat of coffee or anywhere in between.
The course is divided into six themes, one for each week, with challenges and worksheets for each day. At the end of the course, there's a space for rest and reflection—to help you determine what strategies worked for you throughout the course and what habits you can implement into your life moving forward.
